Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SelfAI - AI Photo Studio mobile app, web studio, and website operated by Rocket Digital Limited (1603, The L Plaza, 367-375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong). By installing the app or using the service you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

SelfAI is an AI Photo Studio that transforms selfies and reference photos into professional AI headshots, portraits, and personal branding photos. The service is available on iOS, Android, and through the web studio at https://app.selfaiphoto.com.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use SelfAI. If you are under 18 you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. By uploading a selfie or reference image you grant SelfAI a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process that image through our AI Photo Studio pipeline (including third-party inference providers listed in our Privacy Policy) solely to generate the portraits you requested.

You represent that you have the right to upload and process any images you submit, and that those images do not violate any law or third-party rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload images of another person without their permission.
• Generate or publish images intended to impersonate, defame, harass, or defraud anyone.
• Generate sexual content, content involving minors, or hateful or violent imagery.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Use SelfAI to mislead others about the authenticity of a photograph in contexts where that is illegal.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

Paid features are billed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe via the web studio. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or by contacting us for web subscriptions. Refunds are governed by the policies of the respective store.

7. Intellectual property

The SelfAI name, logo, app design, and website are owned by Rocket Digital Limited. Generated portraits derived from your own selfies are yours to use for personal or professional purposes subject to the Acceptable Use rules above.

8. Disclaimers

SelfAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output can contain artefacts; always review the result before using it. We do not guarantee continuous availability of the service or any specific outcome from the AI Photo Studio.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SelfAI. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using SelfAI at any time and delete your account via the app or by emailing hello@rocketdigital.ai. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts, except where local law grants you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms as SelfAI evolves. Material changes will be communicated inside the app or by email. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance.
